Delivery & Returns
DeliveryWe ship all orders via Royal Mail, and aim to have them delivered in around five business days from the date of your order. We use a flat rate of shipment, of £3.50 on all orders, worldwide. To prevent fraudulent purchases, we can only ship to the address provided on the form at the time of payment, if you incorrectly enter your address, please, email us as soon as you can by using one of the 'Contact Us' links on the website. Returns Policy We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us, using one of the Contact Us links on this site. Any items must be sent back with complete jewellery packaging, and received by us within 7 days of receipt. We suggest using a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery, should you wish for your items to be insured. The postage cost of your return will not be reimbursed by Dink. We do not accept returns unless authorised first by email (or phone). All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, or a print out of your invoice, which was emailed to you at the time of purchase. Note: We cannot accept returns, for any intrusive jewellery, such as earrings that have been worn, for obvious hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights. |
